These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern the use of the learning platform of International Institute of AI & Communication. International Institute of AI & Communication represented as IIAC GLOBAL is operated by International Institute of AI & Communication. By utilizing IIAC GLOBAL Services, you implicitly accept these TOS. They extend to mobile apps, communication forums, and media hosted by. Acceptance implies compliance with privacy policies. You are bound by these TOS until explicitly withdrawn in writing. Deviations apply only if agreed upon in writing, excluding existing executed agreements. Non-agreement implies refraining from using the platform or services provided by IIAC GLOBAL.

IIAC GLOBAL may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective as soon as they are published on our official website. Learners are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to stay informed. By continuing in the program after any updates, you automatically accept and agree to the revised Terms.

Programs and Service

IIAC GLOBAL provides learners with access to a range of skill development programs in high-demand domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and English Communication. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any of our programs or services at any time, at our sole discretion. Continued participation in any program constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Learners are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account and for maintaining its confidentiality. IIAC GLOBAL will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information you submit or for any activity resulting from unauthorized access unless formally reported to us.

By enrolling and accepting these Terms of Service, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use IIAC GLOBAL’s learning platform and resources solely for educational purposes.

Program durations typically range from 4 to 6 months, depending on the course. However, actual completion time may vary based on individual learning pace. In the interest of a meaningful and personalized learning experience, course timelines may be adjusted to ensure that each learner has ample opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills before program completion.

Enrollment and Program

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a non–refundable registration fee, payable via officially authorized channels only. Program access is non-transferable and restricted to the enrolled individual only.

Mode of Delivery: All learning is delivered exclusively online proper live classes if you have opted for a Live classes via our secure Learning Management Portal (LMP) or (LMS).

Community Groups: Permanent access to IIAC GLOBAL community groups, unless the platforms cease to exist.

Assignment / Notes: Continued access to assignments and notes from the course indefinitely.

Career Opportunity: Continuous connections to job opportunities through community groups, IIAC GLOBAL Career Portal, and direct engagements with companies. Assistance available up to 6 months post-completion of the last mandatory class.

Mock Interview: 12 mock interviews allowed until 3 months post-completion of your last mandatory class.

IIAC GLOBAL provides career support and placement assistance, which may include: Resume-building guidance, Mock interview preparation, Exposure to relevant job opportunities. IIAC GLOBAL does not guarantee employment. Placement success is influenced by individual performance, market demand, skill acquisition, and employer requirements.

Company-Specific Guidance: Tailored support for cracking interviews of specific companies including help with role-based preparation.

Job Application Support: Assistance in reviewing job applications, tracking submissions, and following up professionally with recruiters.

1:1 Career Counselling: Advisory sessions to identify career paths, address learner-specific challenges, and set realistic goals.

Hiring Partner Introductions: Access to job openings with companies from our recruiter ecosystem, when such opportunities are active.

Curated Job Alerts: Learners may receive job opportunities via our LMS, email, or official channels, based on relevance and availability.

All placement features are offered based on program eligibility, learner performance, and current resource availability, and are subject to change or withdrawal at the sole discretion of IIAC GLOBAL.

Program Modifications and Batch Transfers

IIAC GLOBAL reserves the right to revise program structures, schedules, and content to reflect industry updates and pedagogical improvements.

A one-time batch transfer may be requested:

Within 15 days of program start: Free of charge
After 15 days: Subject to a transfer fee of ₹10,000

Batch change requests will be processed based on availability and administrative approval. IIAC GLOBAL reserves the right to adjust this amount.

Course Pause Policy

In the event of a verifiable emergency (e.g., medical or personal), learners may request a temporary pause in their program.
Such requests must be supported with valid documentation and are subject to IIAC GLOBAL’s discretion. Course pauses are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. learners in our programs, can tailor their pace and workload. The ‘Pause’ feature allows learners to temporarily halt the program with access to recordings and doubt resolution. Each learner can avail for a batch change by paying a fee of ₹ 10,000. IIAC GLOBAL reserves the right to adjust this amount.

Learner Support

At IIAC GLOBAL, we are committed to delivering a smooth and supportive learning experience. All registered learners have access to our dedicated online support system for academic and technical assistance.

Learners can raise queries through the Priority Helpdesk available on their student dashboard.

We strive to respond to all support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to course content, access, or platform usage.

Support services are available during standard business hours and are subject to availability and institutional guidelines.

Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Policy

At IIAC GLOBAL, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment. All learners are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct throughout their engagement with our platform and programs.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, termination of access, or legal proceedings, depending on the severity of the breach. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct
Submitting copied, fraudulent, or unauthorized work is strictly prohibited.
Abusive, Discriminatory, or Threatening Language
Any form of harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior toward faculty, staff, or fellow learners will not be tolerated.
Fee Default or Non-Compliance with Payment Terms
Continued non-payment or deliberate delay in fulfilling financial obligations may lead to restricted access or removal from the program.
Unauthorized Peer Communication Outside Approved Channels
For safety and privacy reasons, learners are strictly prohibited from initiating or continuing communication with other learners outside of IIAC GLOBAL’s monitored platforms (e.g., live classes, official discussion forums).
Misuse of Institutional Resources or Harmful Activity
Any attempt to compromise the platform, misuse content, disrupt sessions, or cause harm to other learners or staff will lead to immediate disciplinary action.
Breach of any terms and conditions in this (TOS).
Inability to verify or authenticate information provided by you.
Reasonable suspicion of illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity on your part.

To foster a secure environment, all peer interaction must take place only within official IIAC GLOBAL systems and under faculty or staff moderation. Unauthorized sharing of contact details or external networking is strictly prohibited and may result in institutional or legal consequences.

IIAC GLOBAL reserves the right to investigate any reported incidents and take appropriate action in line with our internal disciplinary framework.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IIAC GLOBAL, we are committed to providing transparent and fair payment and refund terms. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the policies outlined below. Program fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule outlined in your offer letter or during enrollment. Registration fees are collected upfront and are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Learners may pay the remaining program fees in installments or via authorized financing partners, if applicable. Enrollment is considered non–transferable and assigned exclusively to the individual who registers. Refunds are only applicable if IIAC GLOBAL cancels the program before it officially begins. No refunds will be processed for voluntary withdrawal, non–attendance, or dismissal due to violation of the Code of Conduct. All refund requests, if applicable, must follow the specific terms mentioned in the program offer letter or published on our official website. In cases where learners are granted temporary access to course material prior to completing payment, IIAC GLOBAL reserves the right to revoke access without notice if payments are not completed within the stipulated time. Payments must be made via IIAC GLOBAL’s official payment gateways or via IIAC GLOBAL QR CODE SCANNER in the name of organization only. We are not liable for payments made through unverified or not verified platforms. IIAC GLOBAL does not store your credit/debit card or banking information. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers compliant with RBI and other regulatory guidelines. Any fees, exchange rates, or charges associated with international payments are the responsibility of the learner. If your payment method involves a financing partner, your relationship with that partner is independent of IIAC GLOBAL. We are not liable for their terms, actions, or decisions. We may offer the option to connect learners with third-party financial institutions to assist in fee payments. This is a voluntary arrangement and governed entirely by the financing partner’s terms and policies. IIAC GLOBAL does not act as an agent or guarantor and assumes no responsibility in these financial agreements. Failure to meet the agreed payment terms may result in Suspension of access to course materials Ineligibility for certification or placement support Termination of enrollment, without refund. We encourage learners to carefully review their financial obligations before enrolling. These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Insert Jurisdiction City, Noida.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By submitting any payment toward a program—whether in full, in part, or as a registration fee—you confirm and acknowledge that You have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms of Service of IIAC GLOBAL. Refund Of The Duplicate Payment Made By The Delegate Will Be Processed Via The Same Source (Original Method Of Payment) In 15 Working Days Post Intimation By The Customer
